Case Good Specifications
- Each pallet must contain only one SKU – the pallet must be a 40” by 48” “grocery” pallet. If case goods are on another type of pallet, there will be a charge for restacking onto grocery pallets.
- A case is an individual container of wine without regards to the number of bottles it contains. We do not ship broken cases or individual bottles. Arrangements may be made with the direct shipper to handle these.
Long Term Storage Conditions
- Long Term Storage
- SKU must be in full pallets and remain a minimum of 6 months
- As soon as a SKU begins to ship, all of SKU will move to regular storage rates
Regular Storage
Standard Services Available at a Fee
- We can process order with or without fax confirmations, but orders must be in writing
- There is a charge for canceling or changing orders
- Rush orders can be accepted within reason at an additional charge
- We can supply you with hard copies of signed bills of lading
- We can apply special labels supplied by the customer
- We do consolidations
- We accept will call orders
- We can prepare export documents
- We can supply additional pallets
